To lock in your wedding date, we require the following:

A 50% non-refundable deposit covering the event package, payable via bank transfer within 7 days of invoice issuance.

The remaining 50% balance for the event package is due 90 days prior to your wedding date, also payable via bank transfer.

All payments must be made in full, net of any fees or charges from sending or receiving banks. These costs are the responsibility of the guest or booking agent.
For credit card payments, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Cancellations More than 90 days prior to the event: 50% of the total venue invoice will be forfeited (the deposit remains non-refundable).
Less than 90 days prior to the event: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Date changes are permitted more than 90 days before the event, within the same calendar year, and are subject to availability. Only one date change is allowed per booking.
Requests to reschedule less than 90 days before the event will be considered a cancellation unless otherwise approved by management.

A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in and can be settled in cash or via bank transfer:

USD 1,000 for weddings up to 20 guests (The Intimate Affair package)

USD 2,000 for weddings up to 80 guests (The Royal Affair package)

The deposit will be released immediately after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred during your event and stay.
To ensure transparency, our team will conduct a joint villa inspection during check-in and check-out, and a pre-arrival list of item replacement costs will be shared in advance.

Music should begin to wind down by 10:00 PM and be fully turned off by 11:00 PM out of respect for the neighborhood and adherence to local regulations.

The Banjar (local village) fee is already included. Our team will handle the coordination and communication with the Banjar on your behalf to ensure everything is properly arranged.

All events at Ahura require the assistance of an Event Organizer to manage the planning and execution of the event on the day.

Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience during your event. While we will do our best to assist with unforeseen situations, Ahura cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or event. We strongly recommend securing event insurance.

Please also note:

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Fireworks, lasers, and sky lanterns are not permitted.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control — Mazari Villas will not issue refunds outside of our standard cancellation policy. However, we are happy to consider rescheduling your booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
